The Art of the Mind
But they know not that's the way of the world, the law of the land/Summer heats turn to Autumn winds/Autumn winds turn to winter frosts/They'll forever be lost in the blistering cold...

At what point do you have to stop and realize that you're not who you used to be?...Where do you draw the line and page-breaks to show this this is a new chapter...heck, maybe a new book all together?...Is it perhaps when people say that you have changed?...Or maybe, just perhaps, it is that point when you admit that you have changed?...

They say overcoming denial is always the first step...

I guess the question isn't about who you used to be, but about who you wanted to beleive you were....Yeah, we all wanna think we were the cool kids in school...The kids everyone looked up to...The kids everyone tended to treat like gods...But deep down, do they, I mean the popular ones, really think they can turn water to wine?...Or do they go home, sit in their room, and figure out how to put the show on one more time for the fans?

And once more, the cycle begins again...

When do you actually start to take notice that you're about to start all over again?...When you begin a new job?...Maybe not a job but a new school...Or perhaps it isn't a defining moment...

An epiphany...

Maybe you just wake up that morning and finally come to grips with the fact that things are new now, or always have been...like your past died and you finally got over it...Even better, it happens at random...

Yeah, your sitting there, eating dinner when all of a sudden...You figure it all out that things have changed, you have changed, life has changed...And you gotta suck it all up and move accordingly; but not before you finish your oxtails and fried dumpling, of course...

Who knows

Yeah..."Who knows"?
